Bruce Jenner is no stranger to plastic surgery, which is why we’re not particularly surprised to hear the latest claims that he went under the knife for a nose job — again.
According to ‘TMZ,’ his latest rhinoplasty is connected to his alleged plans to transition into a woman. Sources close to the 65-year-old say his intentions were to “soften” his features and make his nose look “more feminine.”

This comes more than a year after he had his Adam’s apple flattened in December 2013. The procedure — a laryngeal shave — is considered to be one of the earliest physical changes he made to his body in regards to his alleged desires to be a woman.
Additionally, ‘TMZ’ reports he’s been undergoing hormone treatments and he’s regularly seeking therapy in anticipation of the purported transition.
