See What the Cast of ‘Brothers & Sisters’ Is up to Today!

There have been few shows that have captured the reality of a family — the good, the bad, and the complicated — quite like Brothers & Sisters! The show — which ran on ABC from 2006 to 2011 — invited us into the always-complex lives of the Walker family, which only got more complicated as they mixed work with family, and secrets began to come out about different relatives.

Throughout the show’s five-season run, the series was celebrated for its representation of characters from all walks of life, and celebrated by critics and fans alike with countless award show nominations, including Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for the show’s matriarch, Sally Field. Even early on, it seemed like the show’s stars knew they had something special on their hands — partially because the show was so grounded in reality. The show’s creator, Jon Robin Baitz, explained how the realism of the Walker family is based in real life, which is why it resonated so strongly with viewers.

How big are reality star salaries? Jason Tartick breaks it down with Us Weekly editors.

“I have two older brothers, and we always stuck together,” he told BuddyTV. “We always looked out for each other. We were a very close family, and all three of us felt the enormity of our parents’ love for us no matter what we did and no matter what they did. And I think that’s something that I’ve tried to carry on in my own life. I don’t have children, but I try and live a life in which I see myself in everyone and everyone in me, and I try to look for things to that link us. And I think that’s very much what the show reflects.”

He can say that again! While the show has been off the air since 2011, there’s no denying that the show — and its stars — hold an incredibly special place in all of our hearts! Keep scrolling to find out what the stars of Brothers & Sisters have been up to since leaving Ojai!
