“Brooke has been inundated with calls from friends and family,” the rep said. “To put their minds at ease, Brooke can confirm that she and the boys are not HIV-positive.”
A source told ET that Denise Richards and her daughters with the 50-year-old — Sam, 11, and Lola, 10 — are HIV-negative as well, though the actress has yet to speak out herself.

Brooke’s confirmation comes shortly after a report by TMZ claimed that only Charlie’s oldest child, 30-year-old daughter Cassandra, was told of the diagnosis ahead of the Today bombshell.
According to the report, this was especially traumatic for his younger daughters, who had to deal with the fallout of the news while in school.
