Another law firm is bowing out of its duties in representing Britney Spears during her custody case. Her lawyer, Sorrell Trope, filed a request yesterday to withdraw from the singer's case, saying in a court document, "There has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope & Trope [the law firm], making future representation of her interests impossible." A hearing is set for February 4 to see if the judge will allow the law firm to withdraw. This is the third lawyer who has quit Britney's case. Let's just hope she doesn't decide to represent herself!
