Britney Spears had a rough week, losing custody of her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden, to ex-husband Kevin Federline last Monday. But when she needed it most, Britney got the support of her estranged mom, Lynne Spears, and her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, who flew to Los Angeles from Louisiana to be with the singer on Friday. Lynne visited Britney's Beverly Hills home at 3 a.m. before driving the both of them to Brit's new Malibu house. Afterward, an insider told Access Hollywood, "Things went well and [Lynne] was encouraged." Brit and Lynne have been on the rocks since late June when Brit handed off papers to her mom, telling her to stay away from Preston and Jayden if she was taking any medications that might impair her. According to the insider, Lynne has been wanting to see her oldest daughter "for so long, but that door has been shut." Hopefully, the door is now open — and will stay that way.
