LOL!: Bradley Cooper
Reveals Why He Had to
Go Commando At White
House State Dinner
Sometimes it's go commando or go home!
And in the case of attending a White House State Dinner to honor French President Francois Hollande, it was commando for Bradley Cooper.
While on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week, the movie star admitted to the host that as a result of packing on the pounds for a new role, he had to ditch his underwear for the big night on Feb. 11.
"I'm prepping for this new movie and I'm trying to gain weight fast, so I've gained about 15 pounds in four weeks and nothing fits me anymore," he explained.
"I'm getting dressed, like, 10 minutes before I was supposed to go, and literally the pants go up to like here," he said, pointing to top of his thighs.
"And I just started laughing, actually this is hilarious - I'm going to meet the president."
The handsome star had only one option left.
"I had to go commando, No. 1 because there was no room at all," he revealed, as the audience screamed and laughed.
"It was a nightmare. But I made it through."
On his arm was 22-year-old model girlfriend Suki Waterhouse, whom he's called "The One."
But the American Hustle actor didn't dish any details about the romance.
He did, however, support the beauty at the Burberry fashion show in London on Monday, where she walked the runway.
Sitting next to him was Vogue Editor-In-Chief, Anna Wintour.
Here's hoping Bradley's pants fit him better this time around!
