Brad Pitt talks about
aging, family and
Paris Hilton

Even heartthrobs get older. In the October Details, Brad Pitt talks about aging. "I like it, man," the 43-year-old says. "Maybe I had a crisis earlier or something. Maybe I had it in my 30s. One thing sucks, your face kind of goes. Your body's not quite working the same. But you earned it. You earned that, things falling apart." But instant fatherhood with partner Angelina Jolie as well as social activism has given Brad something besides Hollywood to focus on. "I carried the standard cynicism," he admits. "But it was also feeling like, I can't sit on my couch anymore, I'm going crazy. This thing I'm doing with my life, it's very nice, but it's not doing it for me." As for his four children, Madoox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh, the proud dad says, "You just look at them and go, my daughter's from Ethiopia, two sons from Asia, a daughter who's born in Namibia-and they are brother and sister. It pleases me so much." As for Hollywood? "This Paris Hilton quest for fame... she's blissfully oblivious."
