Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's custody battle is far from over.
According to court docs exclusively obtained by In Touch, the World War Z star tried to settle things once and for all after Ange denied him a Christmas visit with their six kids — Vivienne, Knox, Zahara, Maddox, Shiloh, and Pax.

"Angie has refused to give approval for Brad to have access to the kids on Christmas day. There was a tentative agreement in place, but Angie was insisting on dictating where it happened. Brad felt Angie was just getting his hopes up, only to have her change her mind once again. This is exactly what happened at Thanksgiving. Brad was ready to see the kids, but at the very last minute, Angie's team said change of plans and it's a no go," says a source.

"Brad wants his children's privacy protected, and it's absolutely outrageous Angie is fighting this. Why would any parent want their kids therapists information out in the public domain? It will be very interesting to see what Angie's response is to Brad's motion."
His lawyer, Lance Spiegel, says the actress "apparently has no self-regulating mechanism to preclude sensitive information from being placed in the public record, or she has other motives."
The couple announced back in September that they would divorce after two years of marriage, but 12 years together in total. At the time, Brad was being investigated for child abuse after an alleged incident on a plane.
"I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well-being of our kids," he said at the time. "I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time."
Angelina's manager, Geyer Kosinski, also released a statement at the time, which said, “Angelina will always do what’s in the best interest to protect her children. She appreciates everyone’s understanding of their need for privacy at this time.”
