Shortly after it was reported by Angelina Jolie’s camp that she and Brad Pitt reached a custody agreement, a source exclusively told In Touch that they have not reached an agreement — but they have discussed their future, and their conversation was not pleasant.
In Touch has learned that the estranged couple are heading to family court, where Brad plans to “wage an all-out war” to win joint custody of their six children — Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8.

“The call did not go well,” a source said of the conversation about Angelina retaining sole custody of their children.

According to an insider, Angie’s team is “spinning” the most recent update as a victory — although the fight is far from over. And as the insider insisted, Brad isn’t giving up so easily.
“Brad isn’t backing down one bit in getting joint custody,” the insider said. “Unless Angelina comes to her senses and agrees to it, it’s going to get ugly.”
