He’s hoping to make magic with the Diamond Princess! In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Love & Hip Hop: Miami star Bobby Lytes explained why he would love to collaborate with his fellow rapper and cousin Trina despite their reality TV feud.

“I would love to [collaborate with Trina]. I gotta see,” the 28-year-old MC revealed during a Facebook Live interview on Thursday, Jan. 25. “I gotta ask her because right now it seems like I have to make my way back to her good grace.”

As LHHMIA viewers are well aware, Bobby and Trina, 43, first got into it after Bobby lashed out at the “Here We Go” songstress’ employees for speaking to him in a way which he found disrespectful. He referred to Trina’s team as her “minions,” which she was not happy about whatsoever.

“Can we lose that word ‘minion?’” Trina asked Bobby on a recent episode. “Can we just be respectful and call them people because [what] if they started calling you names?” (Well, in case you forgot, Trina, one of your staffers did call Bobby a “b—h.”) Regardless, Bobby told In Touch that he is hoping to officially squash his beef with his superstar cuz.

“It’s like a rocky relationship. It’s always back and forth, and throughout the show you’re going to see all of that,” the openly gay hip-hop star said. “I couldn’t be nervous about anything because we didn’t know what we were filming. It’s reality TV, so it’s like once the cameras are on, it’s just time to go. They capture a very precise depiction of our relationship.”

Fingers crossed that Bobby and Trina can finally make amends — because their potential duet would undoubtedly be lit AF. Catch them on Love & Hip Hop: Miami Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on VH1.
