It’s officially over for Bobby Flay and Stephanie March.
In an exclusive statement to People, the pair confirmed they have reached a divorce settlement five months after initially filing.
“We have come to an amicable divorce settlement,” they said. “We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us, and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward.”

As In Touch magazine previously reported in May, Stephanie was challenging her prenup with the celebrity chef and accusing him in court papers of adultery with three women — including actress January Jones.

“Stephanie is claiming in court papers that Bobby committed adultery with January several times during the early months of 2010,” an insider familiar with the case exclusively told In Touch. “She says they had sex many times and in different places, including the London hotel in Los Angeles.”
Bobby, 50, and Stephanie, 40, separated in March after 10 years of marriage. The Food Network star filed for divorce from his third wife shortly after. He was previously married to Debra Ponzek and Kate Connelly, who is the mother of Bobby’s only child, daughter Sophie.
