Bobby Brown is in some serious trouble.
After being arrested on Wednesday for drunk driving, Whitney Houston’s ex is now facing prison after being charged with multiple DUI counts. Uh-oh!
For starters, the singer was driving without his court-mandated dashboard Breathalyzer. When he was pulled over, Bobby refused to take a chemical test. Mistake #1.
For doing so, the 43-year-old will have to serve a minimum of two days in jail, but driving with a prior conviction adds on another four days to his sentence. Mistake #2.
Oh, but that’s not all. Apparently Bobbi Kristina’s father was also driving on a restricted license and ignored a related court order where the R&B star had to take a mandatory breathalyzer test before getting behind the wheel. Clearly this didn’t happen. That would be mistake #3 and oopsie #4.
Bobby’s last two charges carry a maximum of six months behind bars each and up to five thousand dollars in fines.
This is Bobby’s second arrest this year, after previously getting in trouble back in March for the same behavior.
An arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 16, where a judge will determine if the New Edition star violated his probation. Though he may face a lesser sentence if he agrees to head back to rehab, I think we can all agree things are not looking so hot for Bobby.
