Just hours after Bobbi Kristina’s family moved her to hospice care yesterday, June 24, her conservator Bedelia Hargrove allegedly filed a lawsuit, accusing the 22-year-old’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, of assaulting the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter just hours before she was found unresponsive, submerged in the bathtub of her Roswell, Ga. on Jan. 31.
Us Weekly reports the lawsuit accuses the 25-year-old of dragging BK upstairs by her hair, knocking out her teeth before withdrawing funds from Bobbi's account without her consent.

Bobbi’s conservator released a statement confirming the lawsuit.
“Today, I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed the lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured,” Ms. Hargrove, a lawyer, said yesterday.

The statement continued, “Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”
The lawsuit allegedly claims Bobbi had confided to someone that Nick was “not the man she thought he was” and she had set up a meeting with her confidante to meet the day of her accident.
She never made it — instead, she’s remained hospitalized and in a medically induced coma.
The lawsuit is purportedly seeking $10 million in damages.
