This has to be a nightmare for Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family.
Just one day after the Houston family reportedly debunked Bobby Brown and his sister Tina's claims that the 22-year-old was awake and off life support, the Houstons have confirmed she's no longer on a ventilator. But, sadly, her brain damage is "irreversible."

"While she is no longer in a medically induced coma, she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive," her grandmother Cissy Houston stated on Tuesday to ‘TMZ.’
"Meeting with the doctors and understanding that she can live in this condition for a lifetime truly saddens me. We can only trust in God for a miracle at this time."

Family members told ‘TMZ’ later Tuesday morning that "according to the doctors, she's breathing on her own, but the trach has to stay.”
It was also reported the Browns and Houstons may have to consider long-term care for Bobbi, who was placed in a medically-induced coma after she was found unconscious in a bathtub inside her home on Jan. 31.
