Last week when Bill Cosby asked his Twitter followers to "meme" him, he certainly wasn't expecting the Internet to explode with references of his sexual assault and rape allegations. But in one of the worst social media fails of all time, that happened, and Cosby clearly isn't taking it well.
During a recent interview, he was questioned about the allegations but did nothing but shake his head.
"You're shaking your head no. I'm in the news business, I have to ask the question, do you have any response to those charges?" the interviewer asked.
The actor continued to shake his head and refused to make a comment.
"There are people who love you who might like to hear from you about this. I want to give you the chance."
He's also been canceling television appearances -- which at this point, sounds like a smart idea. Cosby was scheduled to appear on The Late Show With David Letterman on November 19th but has since been replaced. No comment has been made as of why he cancelled.
The Cosby Show star has had 13 women claim they've been sexually assaulted by him. Comedian Hannibal Buress recently performed a stand-up routine and referred to the actor as a "rapist."
