While at Rihanna’s 3rd annual Diamond Ball, the mother-of-three rocked a green dress with a thigh-high slit — and accidentally exposed a little too much! With her hubby JAY-Z as her date, Bey totally flaunted her killer bod. Watch the video below to see her wardrobe mishap!
The Grammy-winning star only just welcomed her twins in June but she’s already rocking a seriously enviable bod! And though she hasn’t spoken out about how she’s dropped the baby weight specifically, back in 2015 the “Formation” songstress opened up to Good Morning America how she maintains her physique.
"I'm not naturally the thinnest woman. I have curves," the “Bootylicious” singer said. "I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works and keeps the weight off has been difficult for me."
Her nutritionist at the time, Marco Borges, credits her weight loss to her vegan diet. And Bey told the Today show that he’s helped her stay on track and stay healthy. "I remember being on so many different diets, and Marco coming up with really creative ways to help me with my diet so I didn't feel like I was depriving myself," she said.
In an interview with the New York Daily News Marco opened up about how Jay and Bey started on their vegan diets. "Jay and B decided they wanted to take the 22-day vegan challenge,” he said. “They came to me and said 'We'd love to do your 22-day vegan challenge. It would be fun, it would be cool, it would be like a spiritual cleanse. And we'd love to share it with our friends.’”
