Beyoncé’s Mom and JAY-Z Fought in the Delivery Room (EXCLUSIVE)

It seems that drama follows Beyoncé and JAY-Z wherever they go — and the delivery room is no exception!

Shortly after welcoming twins on June 12, In Touch has learned more details about how dramatic things were for the 35-year-old, who is also mom to five-year-old Blue Ivy. As In Touch previously reported, one of the issues was that her father, Mathew Knowles, kept calling incessantly — so much so that her sister Solange had to intervene; but now, In Touch has exclusively learned that there was drama with her mom, Tina Knowles Lawson, as well!

“[Beyoncé] gave birth via planned C-section, so only one person was allowed in the delivery room,” a source close to the new family-of-five tells In Touch exclusively. Of course, the Grammy winner picked her husband to accompany her — and apparently, that decision didn’t sit well with the proud grandma. “[Tina] got really salty and made a comment about Jay not being home for the hard parts of Beyoncé’s pregnancy. She ended up leaving the room for ‘a breather.’”

While the Carters haven’t released the names of the twins — a boy and a girl — some sources are claiming that the babies are named Shawn and Bea, after their parents.

It was previously reported that the twins, who were born prematurely, were still in the NICU “under the lights,” leading many to believe that their “minor health issue” is jaundice.
