Looking good, mama! Beth Chapman took to Instagram on Tuesday, Oct. 31, to share pictures from her 50th birthday celebration in Hawaii, not even two months after she underwent surgery to have a cancerous throat tumor removed. Despite her current health battle, Beth looked happy and healthy. To see pics from her big day, check out the video below!

As previously reported, Beth — who was diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer earlier this year — endured a 12-hour surgery on Sept. 19 to remove a plum-sized tumor from her throat. On Sept. 27, Beth looked like she was on the mend when she and her husband, Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman, were spotted leaving Craig’s in West Hollywood after enjoying dinner together. Beth revealed her diagnosis in an open letter, obtained by Radar Online last month.

Despite her diagnosis, she told fans that she is remaining optimistic about her future. “To be certain, I’ve stared down the devil more than once in my life but I’ve never faced a real life or death decision. My life has never been easy, and I surely don’t expect it to start now,” she wrote. “Still, I’ve never been a victim and I won’t let cancer beat me.”

Beth — the mom of daughters Cecily, 24, Bonnie, 17, and son Garry, 16, with Dog, 64, and son Dominic, 37, from a previous marriage — said that she is ready to kick cancer’s butt for the sake of her family.

“I realize the road I am about to travel will be rocky, full of unexpected twists and turns. But I know one thing for sure. A bend in the road is not the end of the road,” she added in her letter. “I will fight every step of the way. My husband and children are counting on me to be there for years to come. I am so very grateful to be surrounded by family and friends who have given me incredible support during this very challenging time.”
