You may get an almost instant look at New York’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week runway and celeb styles thanks to the speed of the Internet, but In Touch can give you some fun backstage secrets you wouldn’t normally be privy to, straight from Gwen Stefani’s mouth! The rocker-turned-designer (and hot Hollywood mom of two) showcased her Spring 2010 L.A.M.B. collection, and In Touch asked her to share some backstage secrets on the clothes, her hair (her stylist dished!) and the models’ glowing skin.

What was your inspiration for the collection?
Gwen: I am doing it because I want to wear it — it really is for me. I was really just trying to keep it to things that I want to wear every day that are easy, accessible, comfortable and casual. It's funky enough that you have that edge and make people jealous. I feel I can ask for anything, and they would make it happen.
What is your favorite piece for fall?
Gwen: I think these leather jackets are affordable in the sense that you will have them and wear them for such a long time, and you won't get sick of it.
Your models just glowed!
Gwen: All the models' skin looked healthy and glowing because they wore Vaseline Sheer Infusion, our show’s official skincare sponsor.
Danilo, Gwen’s go-to hair guy, spilled on her hot hair looks — Gwen uses Pantene Beautiful Lengths. “It's good for hair that can't get beyond a certain length because it breaks off,” explains the celeb stylist. “It was originally designed for women who wanted to grow their hair and donate it to make wigs for cancer patients. It’s affordable, too.
And the naturally brunette star keeps her hair blond by using a time-renewal mask, which keeps the hair together, prevents breakage and conditions the hair. Not to mention the fact that Danilo keeps the roots blond by dyeing them every 10 days. “The one-inch root is not her look,” he says.
