Juan Pablo broke Cassandra’s heart when he sent her home on her 22nd birthday on last night’s episode of *The Bachelor *— but the elimination was just as heartbreaking for him as he searches for his soul mate.
The Venezuelan heartthrob tells In Touch it’s never easy to say goodbye. “I struggle,” he explains, with the reality of breaking hearts.
But as hard as it is, Juan knows it’s part of the process to find the love of his life. “People who come on this show have to be mature — and realistic,” he explains to In Touch. “You can go home at any time.”
It’s been an emotional season for Juan, 32, who has been reduced to tears each week. But, it’s for good reason. His decisions weigh heavily on his 4-year-old daughter, Camila.
“I’m not playing games. I want to have a family, so I take this very seriously, Juan explains to the mag. “My standards are high. Some people will meet Camila and some people won’t.”
