In an exclusive interview with In Touch, on newsstands now, Bachelor in Paradise’s Amanda Stanton’s ex-husband Nick Buonfiglio reveals that after two months of dealing with Josh Murray’s manipulative behavior and brewing financial woes, Amanda has already had enough.

Nick tells In Touch that he met Amanda and their daughters for lunch at The Cheesecake Factory on Sept. 2, adding that Josh was in Canada at the time.

“Our entire conversation was her talking about [her] relationship [with Josh] and how it’s not going as planned and he’s turning out to be the person that everybody knew he was,” Nick says. “She bagged on him for 30 or 40 minutes.”

“Amanda told me Josh doesn’t pay any rent,” Nick, 29, reveals , adding that her apartment — which Josh, 32, moved into in July — rents for $4,000. “She doesn’t like living with him because he’s super messy, and there’s hair everywhere [from Josh’s bulldog, Sabel],” says Nick, so the onetime esthetician also shells out $270 a week to have the place cleaned. “But Josh doesn’t help with that, either.”

A rep for Josh claims that the dog doesn’t shed and that Josh and Amanda have an agreement whereby she pays the rent and he pays for the housekeeper, utilities, groceries, plane tickets and dinners.

Amanda’s version is slightly different. She explains, “Before he [Josh] moved in, we agreed on the arrangement of rent, bills, groceries, etc., being paid between us, but when we go out, Josh is old-fashioned and doesn’t let me pay for anything.”

Amanda adds, “Any information you receive from Nick is false. Josh and I have been great.”

Not so, says Nick, who claims it’s only a matter of time before Amanda ends things.
