The truth is finally coming out. Back in May, Joy-Anna Duggar married her long-time family friend, Austin Forsyth. But a new report reveals that he’s not as squeaky clean as he may appear! According to Radar, the father-to-be’s family has many skeletons in their closet — including former arrests and a divorce!

According to the report, Austin’s father, Terry, was married to a woman named Julia — with whom he has two kids — before marrying Austin’s mom. In 1982, Terry and Julia finalized their divorce, something that’s looked down upon in the Duggars’ ultra-conservative, religious circle. According to the filing, the mother got primary custody of the couple’s two children — Brandon and Rachael — and he was forced to pay $250 a month in child support. As part of Radar’s recent findings, the site also revealed that Brandon was arrested in 2010 for making bomb threats, and was charged with explosive willfully making a threat, and false information and hoaxes.

“On or about May 29, 2010 in Bowie County, TX, defendant, through the use of the telephone, made a threat to kill, injure, and to intimidate the occupants of the Health South Rehabilitation Hospital by means of an explosive,” the court documents state. “Defendant did intentionally convey false and misleading information. He used the telephone to make a bomb threat to Health South Rehabilitation Hospital, under circumstances where such information may reasonably have been believed, that indicated that an actitivity had taken, was taking, and would take place.”

So far, neither Joy nor Austin has responded to the report. This comes shortly after they announced their first pregnancy. In the initial message, Joy gushed that she was most excited about seeing her new husband transition into the role of father and couldn’t wait to raise a child with him. “Every child is such a precious gift from God. I’m most looking forward to watching Austin as a dad and raising children together with him,” she said.
