Babies on the brain? In an exclusive interview with In Touch, [Little Women: Dallas](http://www.mylifetime.com/shows/little-women-dallas?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIjPNpOvc1gIVxx6GCh3A2wVuEAAYASAAEgIv9DBwE&&cmpid=paidsearchGLittle+Women+Dallas&skwcid=AL!4852!3!155991722092!e!!!!little%20women%20dallas&efid=Wde2yQAAAkIZUjdU:20171006203007:s)_ star Asta Young opened up about expanding her family with her husband, Ty Goossen.

"Ty actually wanted it, he talked with me. We sat down and I guess it's more like when we are ready then it'll happen," she explained via phone earlier this month. "But at the moment, I'm happy. When it happens, it happens. I used to be more like, 'I never want to have kids,' because I just didn't see it — and now I'm more open to the idea of it."

While we may have to wait a little longer for the two to welcome a new addition, fans can rest assured that they are definitely happy in their marriage. When asked to offer advice on keeping the romance alive, Asta explained, "Be yourself. Be goofy. Don't be afraid to be a kid. Don't be afraid to be who you are. Like Ty and I — we always find ways to surprise each other randomly, even if it's just leaving random notes at the door for when he comes home from work. Just have fun with marriage and have fun with the relationship," she explained.

"The biggest thing is honesty — like, don't bottle up your feelings. If you feel a certain way, or there's something bothering you, tell the person immediately. Don't bottle up because it will blow up in your face later on. Ty and I, we never fight and we think it's because we actually sit down and talk. He's my best friend. You treat your counterpart like your best friend. You talk to them about anything and you have fun with everything, and just enjoy this life."

Little Women: Dallas airs on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
