It’s a tough “Job” but someone’s got to do it!
Apple co-founder Steve Jobs may be gone, but he’s far from forgotten— and Ashton Kutcher is helping continue the legend’s legacy.
The Two and a Half Men actor will play the late Apple CEO in a new movie titled “jOBS,” which will debut at the Sundance Film Festival on Jan. 27.
Oh, and did we mention Ashton is the spitting image of the entrepreneur in newly-released promo photos for the upcoming flick?
Ashton’s pic recreates an old Steve snapshot, where he (and Ashton) can be seen gazing into the camera while sitting atop a desk in a small workspace cubicle. If the star's on-screen portrayal is even half as convincing as his appearance in the photos, it will definitely be a film worth seeing.
The movie is set to chronicle "the defining 30 years" of Steve’s life, and will be the first of two biopics that will be released about the Apple icon, who passed away in 2011 from cancer.
The other film, titled "Steve Jobs," is based on Steve's official biography by Walter Isaacson that was released last year.
Will you check out Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs in the upcoming flick ‘jOBS’?
