This once peachy relationship has definitely turned sour. Though she is no longer part of the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast, Phaedra Parks’ name still came up quite a bit on the Sunday, Nov. 5, Season 10 premiere of the hit Bravo reality show.
As fans are well aware, Phaedra’s reputation went down in flames during the Season 9 reunion, when she admitted to telling her close pal Porsha Williams that her ex-BFF Kandi Burruss and Kandi’s husband, Todd Tucker, had planned on drugging Porsha and taking her home — even though it wasn’t true.
Phaedra, 44, apologized to both women at the reunion and acknowledged that she “shouldn’t have repeated” the blatant lie, but months went by before Porsha, 36, finally gave in to one of her many attempts at reconnecting. (For her part, Kandi, 41, recently told Life & Style that she “doesn’t want to communicate with [Phaedra] anymore.”)

However, Porsha revealed on last Sunday’s episode of RHOA that she couldn’t help but respond when Phaedra wished her a happy 36th birthday this past July. “I feel like what she did to me was something she had to do to get back at Kandi,” the “Flatline” singer explained on the show. “She used me as collateral.”
The formerly close duo — who used to call themselves “Frick and Frack” — may be able to maintain a cordial relationship these days, but don’t expect them to be besties ever again. "This whole situation has just been hard for me. I mean, just so difficult. It's difficult for me to even watch it," Porsha said on her talk show, Dish Nation, back in May. “It’s difficult because I love Phaedra. She was, like, my best friend. Like, somebody I talked to on the phone every single day. And for me to feel like she had betrayed me like that, that's the part that I just can't get past. And I don't really know if I ever will.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Bravo Sundays at 8 p.m. EST.
