New Couple Alert! Lily Collins and Charlie McDowell Share Kiss During ‘Cozy’ Martha’s Vineyard Date

Love is so beautiful when it’s new! Lily Collins was spotted getting romantic with Charlie McDowell in Martha’s Vineyard on July 3. “We spotted Lily and Charlie sitting on a bench outside of Scoop Shack, an ice cream shop in Edgartown,” an eyewitness exclusively told In Touch exclusively. “They were sitting pretty cozy, and he had his arm around her shoulder. They shared a brief kiss prior to us coming up to them. They were very friendly.”

They continued, “I didn’t know who Charlie was at first, so I just said hi to Lily. I introduced myself, and my friends and I said we were big fans of her work, and I asked for a photo. We took a few selfies, and then Charlie offered to take a photo of us, so I took him up on it. We said thank you and told them to enjoy their day, and Lily said ‘Happy 4th’ as we were walking away.”

36-year-old Charlie’s mother and stepfather reside in Chilmark, which is a town on the island, so it seems likely that the pair were visiting them for the holiday. “Either way they looked happy to me and seemed like a cute couple!” the onlooker said.

But this wasn’t just an island fling. The duo was spotted back on the other side of the country on Sunday, July 14, in Los Feliz, California. The brunette beauty, 30, and the California native looked very comfortable together in casual looks, as she wore a white T-shirt with jean shorts, and he sported a green T-shirt with black pants. Lily and Charlie had their arms around one another and looked happy.

It appears that Charlie must have recently split from Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke since she uploaded a picture in October 2018 confirming their relationship.

In 2017, Lily revealed what she was looking for in a boyfriend. “I want someone to make me laugh,” she told The Sunday People. “I need to just be enough for someone. I would like to be accepted in my pajamas or wearing something glamorous.”
