It looks like FOX's hit-show Glee will be singing to a different tune this upcoming season.

According to a source, Jayma Mays — who plays quirky guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury — has just signed on to star in a new CBS series called The Millers. The actress is set to play the sister to Will Arnett's character on the upcoming comedy.

The actress hasn't spoken out yet about the news, but it's sure to cause a changeup on the show, as her and Matthew Morrison's character, Will Schuester, just tied the knot in the season 4 finale.

The recent reveal comes on the heels of the news that several other cast regulars will also be moving to a part-time gig for season 5. Fan-favorites Heather Morris (Brittany), Mark Salling (Puck), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Dianna Agron (Quinn) and Harry Shum Jr. (Mike) will all only make occasional appearances throughout the upcoming season.

While the shakeup may come as shock for some, it certainly makes sense for  pregnant Heather Morris, who plays flaky cheerleader Brittany.

This past April, the star revealed that she was expecting her first child with beau Taylor Hubbell. The actress has said of Tyler, “I want to marry him so bad. That's what I really care about. I want to marry Taylor and have kids with him. I love acting, but if it affects my relationship, then I won't continue doing it.”

But while some are saying goodbye to their full-time gigs, some are saying hello.

To compensate for those who've "graduated," Melissa Benoist (Marley), Jacob Artist (Jake), Becca Tobin (Kitty), Blake Jenner (Ryder) and Alex Newell (Unique) are now said to have been promoted to series regulars.

Though the characters will surely be missed, breakout starlet Lea Michele seems to be here to stay.
