Angelina Jolie may have recently had a double mastectomy, but the actress appeared as confident as ever as she joined her husband Brad Pitt on the red carpet today.
The pair turned heads at the Berlin premiere of Brad’s flick World War Z, where Angie wore a Ralph & Russo custom-made strapless silk crepe peplum body-hugging dress that was designed just for her.

And by the looks of it, you’d never know the star— who is celebrating her 38th birthday today— underwent an emotionally and physically tolling procedure just four months ago.
In mid-May, the actress went public with her decision to undergo a preventative double mastectomy to lower her chances of getting cancer. The process began on Feb. 2 and finished nearly three months later on April 27.

On Sunday, Angie made her first public appearance since revealing her surgery, joining Brad at the World War Z premiere in London. On Monday, she stood by his side again for the Paris premiere of his flick, where the couple wore his and hers pantsuits.
“I feel wonderful. I’m very, very grateful for all the support; it means a lot to me,” Angie told fans and reporters.

Brad also called Angie “a badass” for her decision. "It's a huge relief to know, that's the thing that's not going to take her," the 49-year-old said. "[Cancer] is not the thing I'm going to have to explain to the kids about why they can't see mom again. It's big, it's everything."
