10 Years Later:
Angelina Jolie and
Brad Pitt Working
Together Again for New
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are teaming up together for the first time in nearly 10 years!
Can it be another Mr. & Mrs. Smith in the making?
A report states the 38-year-old actress and the 12 Years a Slave star are set to star together in an original script – that was written by Jolie herself!
However, not much is known besides that the film is in the early talking stages and that it hasn’t locked distribution yet.
Being that their first movie together, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, grossed more than $186 million in the U.S. box office since its June 2005 release, it’s obvious their next film is going to be a mega-hit—especially now that the A-listers are one of Hollywood’s hottest couples!
"Whether it was shooting a scene or arguing about a scene or gun practice or dance class or doing stunts — anything we had to do with each other, we just found a lot of joy in it together and a lot of real teamwork,” Jolie revealed in a past Vogue interview. “We just became kind of a pair."
Angelina will soon begin promoting her upcoming film Maleficent, which opens in theaters May 30. It was also just announced she will return as Evelyn Salt in Salt 2.
Meanwhile, Brad, 50, recently wrapped filming for Fury and is reported to star as Gen. Stanley McChrystal in the upcoming movie The Operators.
Deadline was the first news outlet to break this story.
