Amy Roloff’s Boyfriend Chris Marek Legit Looks Like a Different Human Without Facial Hair

No facial hair, who dis? Amy Roloff's boyfriend of one year, Chris Marek, has always had facial hair — well, ever since he started dating Amy, that is. But the 54-year-old photographer-turned-real estate agent hasn't always looked like this. In fact, he's actually rocked a clean-shaven, baby face in the past. How do we know? Facebook, duh. Not only does Chris look like a completely different human without the scruff, but he also looks a bit younger. The photo was posted to Facebook about four years ago, so it's safe to say he's aged a bit. But still, Chris really looks like a new man without the hair, and some of his Facebook friends couldn't help but comment on his appearance.

"Chris, you look fantastic! Love you," CarolLee McReynolds said. Another friend, Robin Beckett, even called Chris "handsome" in the photo! So, what does Amy think? That's still up for discussion, but the beard probably doesn't play much of a role in their romance because the mom of four has clearly been head over heels for her man. During a recent episode of Little People, Big World, Amy opened up about how different her relationship with Chris is compared to what she had with her ex-husband, Matt Roloff.

"I think the biggest difference in this relationship versus my marriage, is that Chris brings out the adventurous side of me that has been on hold for me for many years," Amy explained. "As an example: to celebrate our one-year anniversary, we are going skydiving!"

Matt and Amy got divorced in 2015 after 27 years of marriage and Amy admitted how hard that was for her. "Divorce was a very dramatic chapter in my life. So, it is scary to be that vulnerable with someone else," she said. "But now being with Chris, I like the fact that I'm able to open myself to someone else." Matt has moved on in his love life as well — he's currently dating the Roloff Farms one-time manager, Caryn Chandler.
