It’s always been tough for Teen Mom OG fans to keep up with Amber Portwood and Matt Baier‘s tumultuous relationship — but in a new interview, the mother-of-one revealed where they stand after facing cheating allegations, drug issues, and more.

While the mother-of-one has been through a lot of heartaches with Matt, from his “Xanax incident” with co-star Catelynn Lowell to his failed, on-camera lie detector test, there is a strong bond between the duo.

Besides the status of their relationship, the 27-year-old has also admitted that she had money issues with her 46-year-old former fiancé. Reports swirled that the father-of-five stole over $100,000 from his reality star girlfriend and Amber confirmed that money had, in fact, been taken.

“When it comes to the money situation, honestly I’m not trying to go after him for anything because I just want everything to be cordial and done if that’s the way it’s gonna be,” she said to a fan who asked about the current state of her relationship with Matt. “He is a man, if he makes money and he wants to pay me back, then that’s something on him, but as the type of woman I am — I’d like to have my money back —but I’m good.”

While the couple has been broken up for some time now, they did make an appearance on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition — which Amber also revealed isn’t as real as it claims to be.

“Without trying to be horrible, [Marriage Boot Camp] was horrible,” she said. “Not to go against them, but it just felt very fake to me — very not genuine in some ways and I wanted to leave, I think, the first few days. Not because it was too hard for me…but you know you have producers and directors coming up to you and trying to talk in your ear to start things. And, you know, Dr. Drew that’s not me…I just told them, ‘Listen don’t ever come to me again trying to get me to start things with other people on the show cause I’m not gonna do it.’”

Well, we’re not sure, but it seems as though this constantly on-again-off-again couple just can’t quit one another. Do you think they’ll try to make things work again?!
