While celebrating her one-year engagement anniversary in Bora Bora with her fiancé, Roberto Martinez, Ali Fedotowsky admits she got a little off track with her eight-week summer slimdown plan, designed for her by In Touch. “I had frozen cocktails and pizza,” she admits. “Heck, I was on vacation!”
Thankfully her trainer, Bebesh Khakshouri, at La Jolla Sports Club in La Jolla, Calif., is going to get Ali back on track. “We’re going to focus on cardio,” says Bebesh. Instead of a steady 45-minute jog, Ali will do intervals of running and walking. “The intervals will utilize her body fat as fuel more efficiently,” says her trainer.
Ali will also continue taking hot yoga classes at CorePower Yoga in Pacific Beach. “I don’t want to lose any more weight, but I want to keep toning up,” Ali tells In Touch.
