The Dance Moms star, 50, shared a new Instagram photo where fans can’t help but notice an enviable weight loss transformation.

“Just Goofin’ Around! I love Walt Disney World! #Disney #disneyworldresort #ALDC #aldcla #aldcalways #dancemoms #season7 #aldcnewyearstour,” she captioned the image.

Abby opened up about her transformation last June to People when she impressively slimmed down from a size 24 to a size 16. Her transformation began when her mother was being hospitalized for colon cancer.

“When you’re in and out of the hospital, that hospital food just makes you sick. I think it was a little bit mental with me,” she revealed.

After her mother passed she returned to film her Lifetime reality series in a hot studio, when she said “nobody was eating a lot.”

She also had to fill a diabetes prescription while filming in Australia, and explained that “there’s something different about that prescription in Australia.”

“I would take this medicine and within an hour, I was vomiting like I was in fourth grade and had the flu or like I had food poisoning. It was awful. After I would throw up, I couldn’t even look at food for the rest of the day. So that is how I lost the weight. There’s no diet, there’s no exercise, there’s no this, there’s no that.”

When asked about having weight loss surgery, Abby quipped, “That would have been easy.”

According to the New York Daily News, the reality star was hit with a forfeiture request this month for allegedly bringing back $120,000 from down under without documenting it. She pled guilty back in June to charges on currency reporting and bankruptcy fraud and will be sentenced on Jan. 20.
