She’s not keeping any secrets anymore! Earlier this month, Abby Lee Miller surrendered herself to the Federal Corrections Institute Victorville in Victorville, CA — and tonight, the Dance Moms star is opening up about her sentence in what was her final interview before she began her life behind bars. In a preview for tonight’s special, Dance Moms: Abby Tells All, she tells The View’s Jedidiah Bila about how she is afraid that all the information that’s out there about her will be used against her while locked up.

“I’ve been told not to talk about [my situation] because once they know, when they see this and they know, that’s what they’ll go after. So, you know, I’m petrified,” the 50-year-old says in the sneak peak. When asked if she’s worried about being in danger physically, she admits that she is, adding, “It’s not something that I think about. I’ve kind of blocked it out. It’s definitely something that I’m terrified of, yes.”

Why is Abby Lee Miller in jail?

In 2015, the reality star was indicted on charges of bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets, and false bankruptcy declarations in relation to action she took in bankruptcy court in 2010. Earlier this year, she reached a plea deal with federal prosecutors and plead guilty to the charge of concealing bankruptcy assets as well as one count for not reporting an international monetary transaction.

How long will Abby be in jail?

Abby Lee Miller will be in jail for 366 days, followed by two years of supervised release. Experts have speculated that she’ll serve between nine to 10 months behind bars, based on the sentences of similar “white collar” offenses.

What’s Abby’s life like behind bars?

While serving her sentence, Abby’s life won’t be any different than any other inmate at FCI Victorville. Shortly before her sentence began, an insider told Radar that she’d spend her first week cleaning toilets. TMZ reported that she was snacking on 25-cent ramen, and it has since been alleged that she already got in a prison fight.

“Abby Lee was involved in a shouting match with another inmate on Saturday morning,” a prison source claimed. “The woman shouted at her that she ‘ain’t sh-t.’”

Thankfully, no! The show must go on — so they’re continuing the beloved Lifetime show without their former leader. Dancing With the Stars alum Cheryl Burke will be stepping in to replace Abby — and it would appear she’s really looking forward to the challenge. She
