Once again, Paola Mayfield is forced to choose between her modeling career and her husband, Russ Mayfield! The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star got a big opportunity when she was asked to star as the lead girl in a music video for an up-and-coming reggaeton artist, but it required her to wear her the one thing that will upset her hubby the most — lingerie.

Pao traveled from Miami to New Jersey in order to work on the set of the music video for King Heric's song "Hoy Se Bebe." Once she had her hair and makeup done, Pao was taken into a room to go over the outfits that she would be wearing in the different scenes and she was shocked that the first ensemble was a lacy, revealing lingerie set.

The video director explained that in the opening shot, Pao would be laying down on a bed so that the only part of her body that would be exposed is her butt since the lingerie bottoms were high-cut. "Are you good with this?" the director asked, and Pao hesitated before she nodded her head. She said she was torn between wanting to be professional on the set but also respecting her husband's boundaries.

“I will feel comfortable wearing that, I'm fine with that. It’s just…my husband," the 30-year-old explained to the cameras. "I never expected to be in this situation. I want my husband to be happy but I know I'm doing something that’s going to disappoint him."

Once she changed into her white lingerie, she got extremely nervous because of how Russ will react when he finds out that she went against his wishes — and she was so nervous that she threw up in the bathroom twice before she started filming her first scene.

But the music video was released shortly after the episode aired and it looks like she was able to film her scenes with or without Russ's approval — and judging by the clip from next week's episode, it will cause a huge fight between them. Watch Pao's music video debut below!
