Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald have come under fire for encouraging fans to donate gift cards and money to the parents-to-be.

In a post on the family’s blog — which has seemingly since been edited — the pregnant 22-year-old and her husband, 20, gave pretty specific instructions on how to send “donations” to the former 19 Kids and Counting stars, if they so desired.

According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, the since-deleted instructions read, “For readers who have asked about sending gift cards to the Seewalds, Jessa told us that her favorite stores are Target and Walmart.”

Additionally, they listed an address where fans could send cash directly, if they so desired.

Understandably, the request was met with some serious backlash in the comments section.

“Love the family, but I don’t think it’s right to give an address for gifts and gift cards,” one such fan wrote, per The Ashley’s Reality Roundup. “I may be wrong but TLC and their personal appearances [probably] pay them well…donate to a charity in their name.”

This comes shortly after Jessa’s older sister Jill came under fire and was accused of using fan donations — intended to fund her mission trip — to pay for a “family vacation.”

One fan-turned-critic took to Jill’s official Facebook page and wrote, “I have watched your show for years. I thought to myself, ‘Good family.’ I felt hopeful that maybe we have people that the new generation can look up to. I always spoke highly of your family and your show. But the truth has come out. You are frauds.”
