Kylie Jenner is only 17-years-old and she’s already confessed to having temporary lip fillers — and now that she’s opened the plastic surgery floodgates, she allegedly can’t stop!

According to an insider close to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, the teen is now looking into a nose job!

Kylie doesn’t want to look like her mom, Kris.

“She wants her bridge made smaller,” the insider tells Radar Online.

“She’s completely paranoid about having the same nose as her mom, which in her mind is the worst nose in the family.”

This comes shortly after it was alleged that Kylie got breast implants with her mom, Kris Jenner’s, blessing.

Meanwhile, the 17-year-old broke her silence regarding recent pregnancy rumors — which first sprung up after her 19-year-old sister Kendall allegedly tweeted congratulating Ky and her beau, Tyga, 25.

But the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan took to social media to set the record straight!

Yesterday, May 27, she tweeted, “People been thinking I’m pregnant for 8 months now…. CLEARLY I’m not pregnant!”
