Snooki's Baby Shower!

With her due date quickly approaching, glowing mom-to-be Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi celebrated her baby shower on Aug. 12 with 100 of her closest friends and family — and she invited In Touch along. Here are five fun facts about the sports-themed shower!

1. She made sure her childhood friends could attend
The shower was held at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club in Central Valley, N.Y., about 35 minutes from her hometown of Marlboro, N.Y.  “Seeing all my friends from high school was the best part of my shower,” she says. “I love and miss them.”

2. No boys allowed – sort of!
The 24-year-old made sure to keep the party a ladies-only event — except for a surprise appearance by her fiancé, Jionni (after golfing with his brother he came in to give her a hug and a kiss.)

3. There were over-the-top touches
Nicole’s mother, Helen, planned the shower and made sure Nicole’s signature flair was present – especially when it came to the zebra-print baby block cake by Pink Cake Box.

4. It was a sugar bonanza!
Candy Stylists for Sweet City Candy created a wild candy bar for the Jersey Shore star, featuring her favorite treats including Skittles, blue milkies and blue-metallic malted milk balls.

5. She made sure her guests left with sweet-smelling gifts
Everyone received a Blue Garden, Peony Blanche or Tahiti Vanille scented candle from NEST.
