He’s got a MAJOR ~situation~ on his hands!

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, 33, has allegedly been hit with another lawsuit after reportedly failing to pay his former attorney, reported Radar Online.

The Jersey Shore alum is allegedly being fined $67k by his previous attorney, Jeffrey M. Movit after he defended the reality star in his previous legal battle with his ex-management firm Gotham Casting.

Just last year, the MTV star was possibly going to jail for alleged tax fraud. Sources told In Touch, “Mike is panicking. He’s openly told his friends, ‘I am going to jail.””
