Ryan Seacrest is moving on from Julianne Hough…with his ex!

In Touch can exclusively reveal that Ryan and his former girlfriend Jasmine Waltz have rekindled the flame.
 
"Jasmine told me she and Ryan [are in the process] of getting back together," a friend of the duo exclusively tells the new issue of In Touch. Though Jasmine and Ryan split in 2009, the source says, "they've been in contact for the past two years."

Jasmine, an LA bartender, insists that she and Ryan are taking things slow and "just having fun" for now, according to the friend. But Ryan's most recent ex, Julianne, 24, isn't smiling.

"She always thought that Ryan was keeping Jasmine on the back burner when they were together," a source close to Ryan tells In Touch.
