It’s time for this pop star to start singing some lullabies!

In Touch can exclusively reveal that Backstreet Boys singer AJ McLean and his wife Rochelle Deanna McLean have welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Ava Jaymes.

"We are all doing well and are thrilled to welcome Ava to the world," AJ tells In Touch exclusively. 

The healthy baby was born at 4:51 a.m. in LA, weighing 7 lbs and 7 oz.

This April—only four months after tying the knot— AJ and his makeup artist wife shared their exciting baby news via YouTube.

"I just wanted to say thank you guys for all your love and support," the Backstreet Boy says in the video. "Because we love you all so much, we wanted to share with you – for the first time – something very special. We’re having a baby!”

But the announcement came as no surprise to fans after AJ exclusively told In Touch about their baby plans just months before at their wedding.

“We want to start a family,” he gushed to In Touch at his December nuptials. And it didn’t take long until the newlyweds’ wish came true!

AJ took to his twitter account on July 3 to reveal the gender (and name!) of his then baby-on-the-way.

“Yay we’re having a baby girl!!!!!” he wrote. “Little baby Ava Jaymes.”
