Is Molly Hopkins the new Danielle Mullins?! It’s only been three weeks since 90 Day Fiancé Season 5 began, and fans are already doing some digging into the new cast members. Molly and Luis Mendez — who met while she was on a trip in the Dominican Republic — are arguably one of the most talked about couples thus far, mainly because of their 15-year age difference. Yet now, people have something else to talk about — the 41-year-old’s shady past.

During Sunday night’s episode, Molly’s eldest daughter, Olivia — who is vocal about the fact that she does not want the 26-year-old to be her stepdad (understandably so) — drove her mom to the airport to meet Luis. Fans immediately thought it was strange that she needed to hitch a ride. As it turns out, the reality star has a lengthy history with the law.

In 2008, Molly was charged with possession of marijuana. It was a misdemeanor charge, involving less than an ounce of the plant, which is legal in many states. NBD, right? In 2012, however, she was arrested for DUI and was accused of speeding and improperly changing lanes. Sigh, that’s still not all. In June 2016, Molly was pulled over for speeding. The officer administered a breathalyzer test and, well, she got another DUI.

Because she had two DUIs within a five-year span, she had to surrender her vehicle tags. Molly pleaded guilty and was sentenced to “72 hours in jail, two years of probation, and 240 hours of community service.” Yikes. At this point, we’re thinking TLC should change the name to 90 Day Felon??
