Michael Lohan has spoken about his 18-year-old estranged daughter’s plastic surgery — and he’s not happy!

As In Touch exclusively revealed, Ashley Horn — Michael’s daughter from an early '90s affair with her mom Kristi— went under the knife and got five procedures to look more like her famous half-sister Lindsay Lohan. As a parent, Michael said that it was “horrible” that her mother would allow it and called her decision “stalkerish.”

“I think it’s one thing to get surgery to look better,” he tells In Touch. “But to get surgery to look like Lindsay is pathetic.” Ashley tells In Touch that she hoped her $25,000 worth of procedures would help establish her professional acting career, but Michael said that it’s going to dramatically affect her personal life.

According to Michael, she’s expressed interest in connecting with her sisters — but after this surgery, a meeting isn’t likely. “She just destroyed any chance she has for a relationship with the kids,” he says.

When she spoke to In TouchAshley made it clear that she was happy with the results, remarking that she’s “hotter than Lindsay” — but Michael insists she “can’t compare to Lindsay or Ali!”

The 18-year-old aspiring actress also tells In Touch that she may look like Lindsay, but their similarities end there, adding that she’s thankful for that, as the Lohans are — in her words — crazy. But that’s exactly what’s troubling to Michael. “She says she’s thankful she’s not part of the family,” he says. “But then why do all that?”

Michael also commented on Lindsay’s take on the situation. “Lindsay doesn’t have time for this nonsense,” he tells In Touch. “She’s not looking at this. It’s disturbing and really stalkerish.”
