’16 and Pregnant’ Star Jennifer Del Rio Announces Pregnancy on YouTube: “No. 4 Is on Its Way!”
And baby makes…six!
16 and Pregnant star Jennifer Del Rio announced her fourth pregnancy in the cutest way!
The 23-year-old surprised fans and loved ones by using YouTube to say she was expecting — again. During the five-minute clip, the star exclaims through happy tears, “No. 4 is on its way!”

Before Jennifer’s episode of 16 and Pregnant ever aired, the reality star had already made a name for herself.
In 2007, TMZ reported that the then 17-year-old allegedly punched her twins’ baby daddy, Josh Smith, in the face.
In a statement to police, Josh said that he was trying to break things off with her when she became “irate” and “punched him in the face and pulled on his shirt.”
These days, Jennifer is happily married to Luis Guiterrez — whom she married in April 2013 — and they have one son together named Sebastian Guiterrez, 3. She also has twin boys with ex Josh named Joshua Devan Jr. and Noah Matthew, 6.

During the clip, Jennifer also told her parents they were having their fourth (and last) grandchild from the couple.
The expectant mom placed a literal bun in the oven and had her mom search the kitchen to find it. Although it took her a minute to figure out what was going on, she eventually said, “You’re having a baby?!” Followed by “Come here, congratulations mama!”
So cute!
“I’m so excited, it’s nuts!” Jennifer said.
Congrats, girl! We can’t wait to meet Thing 4.
