The Teen Mom OG star recently revealed that she's expecting her third child. The exciting news came shortly after the reality star suffered a miscarriage with ex-husband, Javi Marroquin.

Fans are calling her next child a "rainbow baby" — a term coined for a child born after a miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, or infant loss.

But, that still leaves possible contenders like producer JC Cueva or possible fling Tyler Hill. Although when a fan questioned if Kail cheated on Javi with a producer, she lightheartedly denied it.

The longtime MTV star recently tweeted that she doesn't have a preference on the sex of the baby, and as far as we know she doesn't even know yet. Although, Kailyn also tweeted that she had a dream that she was expecting a baby boy. It could be a sign!
