In the latest episode of Don't Be Tardy, the reality star opened up about the possibility of expanding her family during her 38th birthday party, which also doubled as a launch event for her skincare line.

Following her stroke, Kim has met with fertility experts to make sure her medical history won't get in the way of conceiving, "We met with your fertility people, and they told me that having a stroke has no bearing, because my heart's fixed," she told her OB/GYN Dr. Renwick Hood. "If we decide some day, there's nobody that would deliver my baby but you, just so you know."

Further, guests of the event assumed the 38-year-old was announcing a new pregnancy, as she never revealed the reason behind the celebration, "I think they think we're gonna have another baby," she told husband Kroy Biermann. "What they don't realize is we are having another baby, it's just called Kashmere and it's a skincare line."

The reality star has previously admitted to wanting another baby on the series, in addition to fueling pregnancy rumors by flaunting a small bump this past October. She and Kroy currently share children Brielle, 19, Ariana, 15, and Kaia, 2 — and sons — Kroy Jr., 5, Kash, 4, and Kane, 2.
