Kardashians File Court Docs to Stop Blac Chyna From Trademarking Her Name Angela Renee Kardashian (REPORT)

Watch out, Blac Chyna — the Kardashians are coming for you!

A new report claims that her future sister-in-laws Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian filed court docs to block the new mother-of-two from utilizing the family name for business purposes, even though she will soon be married to their brother (and her second baby daddy), Rob Kardashian.

According to TMZ, the Kardashians accuse the model and business owner of “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the name and claim if this happens, they’ll “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.”

In Touch reported back in May that the model and business owner filed court docs to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian for advertising and entertainment services, including appearances, hosting and social media ~celebrity status~.

Chyna started dating Rob back in January and they announced in April that they got engaged. One month later, it was revealed they were expecting their first child together. She gave birth to their daughter, Dream, last month.

Rob’s family was not immediately on board with the whirlwind romance, considering Chy has caused issues with their youngest sister, Kylie Jenner, in the past for dating her ex-fiancé and first baby daddy, Tyga.
