Kate Gosselin is speaking out again about “special needs” son Collin.

The Kate Plus 8 star spoke with Extra, and revealed that one of her sextuplets, who are now 12 years old, has been living away from home and learning to cope with his anger and behavioral issues.

“He’s chugging along,” Kate revealed in the interview. “It’s a family experience that we are dealing the best we can with… Everyone’s got their stuff. Another bump in the road and we’re all doing the best that we can with it. I am confident he is in the best hands and receiving the best of what’s being offered for his situation.”

The 41-year-old reality star, who shares her eight kids with ex-husband Jon Gosselin, revealed to fans that Collin was enrolled in a special needs program away from home and said that she has dealt with the struggle on her own for years.

Now, she’s speaking out about how the diagnosis is affecting the whole family and her view of motherhood.

“It’s kind of humbling when as a mom you have to admit that, ‘I am not enough for what you need,'” she tells the show. “That’s kind of what I struggle with, but we’re moving on. In life, it’s more about how you deal with the situation than the situation you were dealt.”
