It looks like Amber Portwood successfully completed her weight loss journey!

In a new Instagram photo, the Teen Mom OG star showed off her impressive plastic surgery transformation — which she snapped during the MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017.

Amber recently confirmed that she underwent a "mommy makeover" and shut down the haters who were against it, but we must say she seemed to receive positive feedback this time around.

We bet her fiancé, Matt Baier, agrees — even though he was noticeably absent from Sunday night's festivities.

Amber revealed back in September that she was considering going under the knife after her impressive slim down.

"After losing weight I think it's time to get my body back to where it should be. Mommy makeover is on my mind. We'll see," she tweeted at the time.
