In Touch, first to reveal Brad Pitt volunteered to take a urine drug test in an effort to cooperate with DCFS investigation, is now reporting the results.

“He tested negative for pot, illegal substances and booze in the voluntary drug test he took as part of the DCFS abuse investigation,” a Brad insider tells In Touch.

“He knew there was nothing to hide, and that’s why he took it.” Brad, adds an insider close to the situation, “knows DCFS will conclude he’s not an abuser, and if Angelina still doesn’t back down and give him joint physical custody of their kids, he will fight for sole physical custody.”

DCFS, which brokered a three-week deal with the former power couple on Sept. 30, will allow Brad to see Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8, with a therapist present. The Brad insider tells In Touch that Brad volunteered to have a therapist present at the meeting to prove he has nothing to hide.

As part of the temporary custody agreement, Brad and Angelina agreed to both undergo individual therapy as well as family counseling with the kids.

That means they will be in the same room. One source said that Angelina was refusing to do that, but her attorney Bert Fields says that is not true, and she absolutely will be in the same room as Brad during family therapy.
